We market your property through the Brooks Realty website, which automatically distributes listings to approximately 12–15 major rental platforms including Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and Apartments.com to maximize exposure.

Our team manages the entire leasing process so you don't have to.

During renewal walkthroughs and move-out inspections, our team actively monitors property condition and identifies potential concerns early. Turnover & Eviction Management

If eviction becomes necessary, our licensed real estate agents represent you throughout the entire process, including court appearances and sheriff-supervised removals. Owners are not required to participate in eviction proceedings.

Transparent Financial Reporting

Owners receive detailed monthly statements outlining all income and expenses, with invoices attached for full transparency. Rental income is deposited directly into your account for convenience and consistent cash flow tracking.

Full-Service Management Pricing

• 9% of gross rent
• 25% tenant placement fee
• Applicable late fees
