We have 3 different options found at the top of the page- to access the portal on the web you can Visit https://signin.managebuilding.com/manager/public/authentication/login?returnUrl=%2Fmanager%2Fapp%2Fhomepage%2Fdashboard
You can also download the app on the applicable app store! The app is just titled “Buildium” and it will be the green app, not the grey one

If you get locked out of your portal and cannot remember the password just call us at the office and we can send you a reset password email link! The link will expire after 15min so make sure you have your email handy before giving us a call. If we dont answer, please leave a VM so we can get right with you

Previous statements starting June 2026 and older will have to be asked for in an email to accounting@brooksrealty.us or manager@brooksrealty.us due to our system change
After july 2026 statements can be found in your portal under the reports section > Financial reports > rental owner statement report.

You can pull any report you need by going to your reports section in your portal! We are working on a video we can share with all owners going over the most important reports but in the meantime feel free to call us if you have any questions!

Absolutely! We can send the bills separately or as part of your owner statement. If you would like us to do this, please email accounting@brooksrealty.us and allow 3-5 business days for us to get those bills sent to you
